Returns and Refunds
We typically do NOT accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. We offer phone support and consultation prior to purchase. If you purchase the wrong product, it is due to your own lack of effort. You can submit your case to us, and we can review it however. All used gear will be tested before being shipped to ensure it is functional when it is packaged. CS&L is not liable for any customer damage or negligence. CS&L is not liable for any injury or property damage due to any product. It is up to customer to ensure safety with purchased products. If you purchase something new and it is DOA, we will work to get the situation resolved ASAP.
If there is shipping damage, of course we want to know about it and it will be dealt with.
